The Tesco Express refresh programme involves the management of the refurbishment of the Tesco Express estate on 5 year cyclical basis.
The standard scope includes a full new signage pack, complete internal and external decoration and back of house refurbishment, however the majority of projects also include new flooring and the installation of new shelving and refrigeration cases. Stores are often extended requiring significant structural works and party wall agreements.
