In 2010 McDonald’s decided to undertake a full refurbishment programme including their whole UK estate. Taylor PM have since completed over 100 re-images nationwide to much acclaim from both McDonald’s company staff and also the large franchisee community.
McDonald’s Re-Image Programme
Projects involve a full rip out of the existing interior décor and replacement with more modern fixtures and fittings (including ceilings and floors) providing a new, contemporary environment for customers which has led to significant sales increases. Externally, restaurants are given a new look and feel with new, increased signage and the introduction of al-fresco patio dining areas.
Taylor PM have provided expert project management for McDonald’s alongside reducing programme periods, minimising disruption and driving cost savings across the board.
